摘要
通过对小方坯铝镇静钢水口聚集物作理化检验,并结合小方坯铝镇静钢冶炼、连铸生产工艺,分析了小方坯铝镇静钢水口聚集物的形成原因。本文针对小方坯铝镇静钢水口聚集物的形成原因,给出了改进措施,并通过生产实践,证明了改进措施的有效性。
Through the physical and chemical examination nozzle aggregates for the billet aluminum killed steel,and combined with production process of billet aluminum killed steel smelting,continuous casting,analyzes the causes of billet aluminum killed steel,nozzle aggregation.According to billet aluminum killed steel,nozzle aggregates formation reasons,gives the improvement measures,measures to improve the effectiveness was proved by production practice.
