摘要
本文对第三代粉末高温合金涡轮盘坯对热处理长期时效过程中γ′相的形态和粗化现象进行观察和调查,在此基础上对修正的LSW(Lifshitz,Slyozov and Wagner)粗化理论进行再验证,提出一个更能描述三代多组元镍基粉末高温合金长期时效中γ′相粗化速率的计算方法,获得良好的效果。
It is necessary to predict the size of gamma prime to predict the service life.Coarsening behavior of γ' phase during long time aging has been studied,and LSW coarsening Theory has been modified to describe coarsening phenomenon of gamma prime of third generation nickel-based superalloy.
