2013和2014年中西太平洋纺锤鰤稳定同位素比较

摘要
为了解纺锤鰤的食性特征,本实验根据2013年2~3月和2014年2~4月在中西太平洋金枪鱼围网采集的纺锤鰤样本,应用稳定同位素分析法研究了纺锤鰤的碳、氮稳定同位素组成和碳氮比值特征。实验结果表明:2013年和2014年不同纺锤鰤叉长组中,叉长组(30.1~60.0 cm)的δ~(13)C值与叉长组(60.1~90.0 cm)的δ~(13)C值间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);2013年纺锤鰤的δ~(13)C平均值(-17.49±0.66)‰与2014年的(-17.34±0.66)‰存在差异;关于δ15 N值,2013年和2014年的15%的样本存在显著性差异,其余无显著性差异(P>0.05);2013年纺锤鰤δ15 N的平均值(16.37±1.74)‰大于2014年的(14.28±1.75)‰;两年的C:N值均无显著性变化(P>0.05),各叉长组间C:N值均无显著性影响(P>0.05);从生态学角度分析,纺锤鰤个体(叉长30.1~60.0 cm)与个体(叉长60.1~90.0 cm)的摄食来源有差异;纺锤鰤的营养级在个体发育过程中无变化;两年的纺锤鰤初始饵料来源相同且处于同一营养级水平。
In order to solving the rainbow runner feeding characteristics, this study based on the rainbow runner samples collected by the tuna purse seiner operated in the western and Central Pacific Ocean from February to March 2013 and February to April 2014, and using stable isotope analysis, analysed carbon and nitrogen stable isotope composition and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen characteristics of rainbow runner. The main conclusions as follows:In different fork length groups of 2013 and 2014, between the groups(30.1 ~ 60.0cm)and groups(60.1 ~90.0cm)have significant differences(P< 0.05); Compared with the fork length data, there was no significant difference in the average δ~(13)C between in 2013(- 17.49±0.66)‰and in 2014(-17.34±0.66)‰; 15% samples have significant difference in δ15N between the length groups(P <0.05), others don't have(P>0.05); The averageδ15N(16.37±1.74)‰of the rainbow runner in 2013 was bigger than that(14.28±1.75)‰ in 2014; The C:N ratios of the rainbow runner was not significantly influenced by fork length(P>0.05), even though that the mean value of C:N ratios in2013(3.04±0.34)was smaller than that(3.07±0.05)in 2014.
