水性聚氨酯防霉涂料的功能设计与研究进展

摘要
综述了近几年来水性聚氨酯在防霉涂料中的功能化设计和研究性进展。首先分别阐述了合成路线中重要助剂和接枝改性聚氨酯发挥防霉作用的可能性机理,总结了国内外多种类型的防霉杀菌水性聚氨酯的合成工艺与最新成果,最后结合防霉工艺的研究现状展望了防霉涂料未来发展趋势,指出了防霉水性聚氨酯的功能化设计方向。
This paper reviewed the recent years' waterborne polyurethane(WPU)'s functional design and application on the mildew proof coating.Article firstly elaborated the important auxiliaries of synthetic route and grafting modified polyurethane playing mildew proof's role in likely mechanism,summarized the domestic and foreign various types of mold bactericidal waterborne polyurethane's synthetic process and the latest achievements.Finally,this paper,combined with the research status of anti-mold technology,prospected the trend of mildew proof coating's development and pointed out functional design's direction on waterborne polyurethane.
