喷射成型GH4738合金形变组织研究及神经网络预测

摘要
利用Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机对热等静压态喷射成型GH4738合金进行等温轴向热压缩试验,温度范围950~1200℃,应变速率0.13~6.5s~(-1),工程应变10%~75%,研究不同形变条件下组织演变及形态,建立了形变组织人工神经网络预测模型。结果表明:形变温度、应变速率及变形量等工艺参数对喷射成形GH4738合金形变组织具有重要的影响,在一定温度条件下提高应变速率可获得较为理想的细小均匀等轴晶组织;人工神经网络预测模型可以较为精确的预测一定范围变形条件下的喷射成型GH4738合金的平均晶粒尺寸,对制定喷射成型GH4738合金的热加工工艺具有一定指导意义。
The hot compression tests of spray formed as-HIP GH4738 were conducted in the temperature range of 950 to1200℃,strain rate range of 0.13 ~6.5s~(-1) and reduction range of 10%~75%by using of Gleeble-3500 thermal mechanical simulator.As to the estimation of the deformation microstiucture with varied hot work conditions,the artificial neural network for microstructure prediction was built The results show that the deformation microstiucture has been influenced mostly by the deformation parameters such as hot work temperature,strain rate and reduction.The homogeneous fine equiaxed grains could be obtained with the increasing strain rate in some temperature range.The deformation average grain size could be predicted with quite precision using the neural network model in the test deformation conditions range.The neural network can provide a microstructure prediction method in spray formed GH4738 hot work processing.
