超级电容器电极材料氮掺杂介孔空心碳胶囊的制备

摘要
采用"溶解-捕获"法制备了高比表面积的氮掺杂介孔空心碳胶囊(N-HMSCCs),以N-HMSCCs为电极材料测试了其超级电容器性能。采用SEM、TEM、BET、XPS、充放电性能和EIS对N-HMSCCs的表面形貌、孔径结构及电化学性能进行表征。研究结果表明:在6.0 mol L~(-1) KOH电解液中,1 A g~(-1)下其比容量达到206.0F g~(-1),5 A g~(-1)电流密度下3000圈充放电循环后容量保持率高于92.3%。电化学性能的提高主要是由于其独特的介孔空心结构、高比表面积718 m~2 g~(-1)和较高的氮掺杂量8.08 wt%。
Nitrogen-doped hollow mesoporous spherical carbon capsules(N-HMSCCs) with high capability was developed through "dissolution-capture" method. SEM, TEM, BET, XPS, galvanostatic charge-discharge and EIS were adopted to characterize their surface morphologies and electrochemical performances. The N-HMSCCs show a greater capacitance of 206.0 F g~(-1) at a current density of 1 A g~(-1) in 6.0 mol L~(-1) KOH solution. In addition, the capacity retention after 3000 charge/discharge cycles at a current density of 5 A g~(-1) was more than 92.3 %. The enhanced electrochemical performance can be attributed to the unique hollow nanostructure, high surface area of 718 m~2 g~(-1) and nitrogen content of 8.08 wt%.
