补肾活血法联合来曲唑治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征30例

摘要
目的:探讨未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)导致不孕症的有效治疗方法。方法:选择2014年1月~2015年9月在我院诊治的LUFS不孕患者60例,随机分为A、B两组,A组予中医补肾活血法结合来曲唑促排卵治疗;B组仅予来曲唑促排卵治疗。超声监测卵泡发育,当最大卵泡的平均直径≥18mm时,皮下注射重组人绒促性素(HCG)250ug诱发排卵。观察排卵率、妊娠率、流产率。结果:60例患者共完成了168个周期,其中A组患者共完成79个周期,其中65个周期有排卵,排卵率为82.28%;妊娠17例,其中双胎妊娠1例,妊娠率为56.67%;B组患者共完成89个促排卵周期,其中55个周期有排卵,排卵率为61.80%,妊娠8例,其中生化妊娠1例,妊娠率为23.33%。结论:中医补肾活血法结合来曲唑促排卵能明显提高LUFS患者排卵率及妊娠率。
Objective:to investigate the treatment methods of infertility caused by luteinized unruptured syndrome(LUFS).Method:60 case of LUFS were determined from those who visited the infertility clinic of the hospital between January 2014 to September 2015.The patients were randomly divided into A,B two groups,group A was treated by invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation and letrozole stimulate;group B only with ultrasonic monitoring follicle development,when the largest follicle average 18 mm in diameter,subcutaneous injection of human recombinant velvet gonadotrophin(HCG) 250 ug induced ovulation ovulation rate of pregnancy,vibration rate of spontaneous abortion rate.Results:A total of 60 patients completed the 168 cycle,in which A group of patients completed 79 cycles,of which 65 have ovulation cycle,the ovulation rate was 82.28%;17 cases of pregnancy,including 1 case of twin pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 56.67%;Group B patients completed 89 stimulate ovulation cycle,including 55 cycle ovulation,the ovulation rate was 61.80%,8 cases of pregnancy,1 case with biochemical pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 23.33%Conclusion:invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation and letrozole combined with ovulation can obviously increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of LUFS patients.
