鞍钢建筑用抗震低屈服点软钢的开发与生产

摘要
随着耗能减震技术在高层及超高层钢结构建筑抗震设计中的应用,用于制作减震耗能结构的低屈服强度钢日益受到重视。本文介绍了鞍钢屈服强度100~225MPa级别抗震软钢的成分设计、工艺技术、力学性能、钢板的实物性能、焊接性能及应用性能研究。结果表明,鞍钢生产的低屈服点钢具有低屈服强度、窄屈服范围以及优良的冲击、焊接及良好的抗震耗能性,完全满足抗震设计需求。
With the application of energy dissipation technology in seismic design of high-rise and super high-rise steel structures,the low yield strength steel used in the manufacture of energy dissipation structures has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,the composition design,process technology,mechanical properties,material performance,welding performance and application performance of the yield strength for 100-225 MPa are introduced.The results show that the low yield point steel In Angang has low yield strength and narrow yield range and excellent impact,welding and energy dissipation properties,fully meet the requirements for seismic design of buildings.
