微弱光电流信号检测系统的电磁兼容设计

摘要
针对磁约束聚变装置托克马克(EAST)实验中软X射线诊断系统对微弱信号的探测需求,考虑EAST的恶劣电磁环境,在设计信号检测系统的同时需采取合理的电磁防护措施,以降低系统噪声。文中电路采用差分结构实现I-V转换,重点研究电磁兼容。从电磁干扰的三要素出发,结合实验测试,讨论了滤波、PCB布线、屏蔽、接地在系统中的应用,完成了系统小型化、高参数的要求,32通道设计(原有电路为9通道);增益1*10^7(V/A);-3d B带宽100KHz;噪声10mV。结果表明,此方案能有效的检测微弱电流信号,性能稳定。电磁防护设计合理,效果明显。
According to the detection requirement of weak signal of Soft X-ray diagnostic system in magnetic confinement fusion device(EAST Tokamak)and taking into account its harsh electro-magnetic field environment,it is a must to take some appropriate electromagnetic protection measures in the design process of signal processing circuit(system)in order to decrease circuit noise.In the thesis,a differential circuit structure has been designed to achieve current-to-voltage conversion,and studying the electro-magnetic compatibility is the point.Associated with experimental test and complying with three factors of electro-magnetic interference,the paper has discussed the application of shielding,grounding,filtering,and PCB routing method in circuit system,and completed the circuit requirements of system miniaturization,high parameters with quantity of 32 channels per PCB board(previous circuit is 9 channels),gain of 1*10^7(V/A),-3d B width of100KHz,and noise of 10m V.The test results show that the circuit scheme can detect effectively weak current signal and has stable performance.The effect of electromagnetic protective measures adopted is reasonable and obvious.
