一种高性能的单平衡W波段基波混频器设计

摘要
本文利用波导到对极鳍线过渡作为巴伦,结合微带到共面波导转换设计了一种W波段基波混频器。利用对极鳍线的两个鳍线电压相位差为180度,优化鳍线得到插损小、带宽大的巴伦结构;优化微带到共面波导的过渡,得到插损小的传输结构。中频为100MHz时,在整个带宽内,混频器变频损耗为8±2d B。
A type of single balance V-band fundament mixer is reported,with antipodal fin-line used as balun,andusingmicrostrip-CPW transition for LO path. The output of the antipodal fin-line have 180° phase difference, so a balun with low insertion loss and wide band designed by optimization.And a low insertion loss of LO path is practical by optimized the microstrip-CPW transition. For a fixed IF of 100 MHz the mixer has a conversion loss of 8d B±2d B.
