采用功率检波的声表面波扭矩传感的阅读器设计

摘要
声表面波因无源无线的本质使其在扭矩的测量领域受到越来越多的关注。与传统的基于下变频的阅读器方案进行对比,本文提出一种相对廉价而结构简单的基于功率检波的声表面波扭矩传感器的阅读器设计方案,通过合理的设置阅读器的扫频范围,采用先大步长扫频定位,后小步长扫频寻找精确的谐振频率结合使用的算法,使其能够较为快速而准确的解算出传感器的谐振频率而得到扭矩值。最后,通过对旋转轴施加不同的扭矩验证了功率检波的阅读器方案的可行性。
Surface acoustic wave takes more and more attention in the field of the torque measurement because it has the characteristics of the passive and wireless. Comparing with the traditional reader scheme based on the down-conversion, this paper presents a relatively cheap and simple surface acoustic wave torque sensing reader scheme based on the power detection. By setting a reasonable range of the frequency sweep, a algorithm is used to find accurate resonant frequency relatively quickly by large step frequency scanning to locate and small step frequency scanning to search the exact frequency, and then the torque value can be obtained. Finally, applying different torque to the rotating shaft verifies the feasibility of the scheme of reader based on power detection.
