TBM掘进机性能预测模型研究

摘要
全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)作为一种高效、安全、快速的机械破岩方法,越来越多地被应用在城市地铁、海底隧道、山区公路铁路隧道等工程中。但目前TBM盘形滚刀的破岩机理尚未完全揭示,难以对TBM的性能进行有效的预测。本文通过试验和理论分析的方法阐明了滚刀破岩的基本机理,提出了计算刀盘推力和扭矩的预测模型,并基于实际工程对其进行了验证。
TBM has being increasingly used in city subway,undersea tunnel,mountain road tunnel and railway tunnel etc.because of its high efficient and safety.However,the rock breaking mechanism of TBM disc cutter hasn't been understood well so far,and it is hard to make an effective prediction about the performance of TBM.This paper investigated rock breaking mechanism of disc cutter using laboratory test and theoretical analysis.Then,a prediction model to calculate the thrust and torque of cutter head was proposed and demonstrated based on practical engineering.
