人口平衡模型对结晶器内多尺寸泡状流的数值研究

摘要
将人口平衡模型用于描述气泡粒径分布,通过提高当地气泡粒径的预测精度改善了单一尺寸双流体模型对结晶器内多尺寸泡状流的预测能力。模型将气泡微观现象与宏观属性联系起来,通过建立必要的封闭方程及边界条件,使其能够在较大工况范围内预测结晶器内当地的气泡粒径分布。揭示了结晶器内气液两相流的动力学行为在空间、时间上的变化及气泡分布和尺寸的变化规律。扩展了传统双流体模型的适用范围,为结晶器内的多尺寸泡状流研究提供了理论基础和数学框架。
A population balance model has been developed to investigate the bubble size distribution inside the slab continuous-casting mold,improving the predictive ability of mono-size two-fluid model on the polydispersed bubbly flow through improving the local bubble size accuracy.The bubble microscopic phenomena and macro properties are coupled in this model.Bubble coalescence and breakup processes between all bubble size classes are taken into account by appropriate models.By incorporating the closure correlations and boundary conditions,this model can make a good prediction of bubble size distribution in a wider range of working conditions.The dynamic behavior on the space and time of gas-liquid two phase flow in the mold and the change of bubble size distribution were obtained using this model.This research not only contributes to expand the applicable scope of the two-fluid model,but also provides the theoretical fundament and mathematical framework for studying the polydispersed bubbly flow.
