冷轧无取向电工钢生产问题探讨

摘要
通过现场跟踪调查、缺陷试样检测分析及缺陷卷工艺调查分析,探讨了冷轧无取向电工钢生产过程中出现的酸洗不良、冷轧窄尺及断带的原因。初步分析结果表明,电工钢料酸洗不良的原因在于带钢局部热轧卷取温度过高,正常的酸洗工艺未能将氧化铁皮清洗干净;冷轧出现局部窄尺的主要原因在于酸洗预留切变量过小,当热轧来料宽度处于下限,且带钢板形不良或带钢对中不良时,酸洗圆盘剪切边量过大;冷轧有规律的断带是板形不良或对中不良所致的跑偏断带。
The spot tracking,testing of the defect characteristics and investigation of the process parameters had been done to explore the reasons of the poor pickling,narrowed width and strip breaking of cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel sheet.The initial results show that the reason of the poor pickling is that the local strip temperature is too high,and the iron scales has not been cleaned off in the condition of normal pickling process.The origin of narrowed width is that the reserve cut edge after pickling is too small.When the width of the hot rolled strip is lower,and the strip shape is poor or the strip is not centred,the cut edge of pickling disc shear would be too large and result in narrowed width after cold rolling.The regular strip breaking in cold rolling is result from deviation because of poor strip shape or the strip is not centred.
