结冰条件下人机环复杂系统飞行安全分布式实时仿真分析方法

飞机结冰,仍然是诱发飞行事故的重要因素之一。基于人机环的飞行仿真是研究结冰飞行动力学特性与飞行安全的重要手段。随着仿真模型复杂度的提高,飞行仿真的实时性要求越来越重要。本文建立基于反射内存网络的人机环分布式实时仿真系统,采用包括输入输出系统、外部环境、气动力计算、飞行解算、风险评估与边界保护等节点的星形反射内存网络,通过以太网与控制台和存储计算机连接,将数据传输到视景工作站与座舱显示系统。分析了反射内存网的组网构建方法与实时性工作方式,研究了结冰影响数据库构建方法。通过飞行结冰仿真,提出了基于人机环实时分布式仿真的结冰飞行安全分析方法,包括风险评估告警与边界保护方法,对于研究结冰条件下空气动力学与飞行力学的耦合问题、揭示结冰致灾机理有重要意义。
Aircraft icing is an important factor to induce flight incidents. Flight simulation based on Man-machine-environment System is a necessary mean of researching flight dynamic characteristics and flight safety under icing conditions. Real-time of flight simulation is more and more important along with the increase of simulation complexity. Distributed real-time simulation system based on reflective memory network is built. Star-structure reflective memory network includes input/output computer, external environment computer, aerodynamic calculation computer, flight calculating computer, risk assessment computer, envelope protection computer and node computer. Control panel and storage database computer is connected to node computer by the Ethernet. Flight data is transferred to visual scene system and cockpit display computer by the Ethernet. Networking method based on reflective memory network and operating mode of real-time simulation is proposed. Methods describing icing effecting database are studied. Flight safety analysis methods under icing conditions based on Man-machine-environment distributed real-time simulation is proposed. It includes risk assessment alarm and envelope protection. The methods proposed have an important significance on research the coupling problems between aerodynamics and flight mechanics and reveal the causes of icing incidents.
