响应面分析法优化给水污泥基质吸附除磷工艺

摘要
以给水污泥基质为吸附材料,对模拟含磷废水进行了吸附研究。在单因素实验基础上,选取投加量、p H、粒径三种因素为影响因子,以磷的去除率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken响应面分析法(BBD)研究了三种因素对磷去除率的影响以及各因素间的交互作用。建立二次多项式回归方程预测模型,分析回归方程,得出给水污泥基质除磷的优化条件。结果表明,回归方程极显著,模型拟合性好。给水污泥基质最佳除磷工艺条件为投加量3.88 g/L,p H=3.00,粒径1.00 mm,在该工艺条件下,磷的去除率可达95.13%.通过实验验证,实验值与预测值接近,误差仅为2.02%。
The water plant sludge substrate was used to investigate the adsorption of phosphorus in simulated phosphorus containing wastewater as the absorbent.Based on the single factor experiment,using Box-Behnken design matrix in response surface methodology,dosage,p H and particle size were perfectly employed to study interactiveeffects of different factors and optimization of phosphorus removal.A predictive model of polynomial quadratic equation was founded as well as optimum level values were obtained through analyzing the quadratic equation.The results showed that the regression equation was highly significant and the model can be utilized to exactly fit the design space.The optimum conditions of phosphorus removal were determined to be 3.88 g/L dosage p H=3.00,1.00 mm particle size,the removal rate of phosphorus was up to 95.13% under the optimal conditions.The experimental values were in good consistent with the predicted results of the model with only2.02% deviation.
