一种硫脲基咪唑啉季铵盐在3.5% NaCl中对黄铜的缓蚀作用

摘要
合成了一种硫脲基咪唑啉季铵盐,应用动电位极化法和电化学阻抗研究了其在3.5%NaCl溶液中对黄铜的缓蚀性能和缓蚀机理。结果表明:硫脲基咪唑啉季铵盐对黄铜在3.5%NaCl溶液中有良好的缓蚀作用,随缓蚀剂浓度的增加,缓蚀效率增大,随实验温度增加,缓蚀效率减小;硫脲基咪唑啉季铵盐为混合抑制型缓蚀剂,在黄铜表面的吸附满足Langmuir吸附等温方程。
A Thioureido Alkyl Imidazoline Quaternary Ammonium Salt(TAIm) was synthesized,and its corrosion inhibition effect and mechanism for brass in 3.5%NaCl solution was investigated by using potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that TAIm had good corrosion inhibition effect for brass in 3.5%NaCl solution.The inhibition efficiency increased with increasing concentration of TAIm,and decreased with increasing temperature.TAIm was a mixed-type inhibitor,and the adsorption on the brass surface conformed with Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation.
