摘要
驾驶室后围顶棚和气道安装孔采用人工钻孔的方式进行加工。为提高生产效率和产品质量,同时降低员工劳动强度,本文对孔的加工方式进行了改进。在分析后围产品结构及其工艺的基础上,对原夹具重新布局,增加气动冲孔机构。重点分析凸模、凹模工作部分尺寸并进行计算,设计了凸模、凹模主要零部件结构。在一个平台上实现了拼焊和冲孔2种操作功能。
Cab back wall ceiling and air passage mounting hole are machined by manual punching.To improve productivity and product quality,lower labor intensity,we modified the hole machining method.By analyzing back wall product structure and process,the original fixture is rearranged,pneumatic punching mechanism is added.We focus on the analysis of dimensions of the working ports of male and female die,and major components structures of the female/male die are designed,which enables two operating functions of tailored welding and punching on the same platform.
