女贞属植物新品种DUS测试指南研制

摘要
女贞属植物是园林中重要的绿化树种,近年来成为国内外育种的热点之一。DUS测试指南作为植物新品种授予与保护的技术基础和科学依据,作用十分重要。而目前《国际植物新品种保护公约》中尚未有女贞属的DUS测试指南,为其新品种的研发和保护工作造成了不便。因此,在对国内外女贞品种文献资料进行搜集之上,本研究全面搜寻了我国园林中的36个女贞属植物种及品种,对这些种、品种的107个性状进行了长年的测试调查,同时搜集了31个未引种的国外品种,利用统计学方法、通过深入分析,最终确定了DUS测试指南中的测试性状51个,标准品种29个,并对每个测试性状进行了科学的分级、确定了每个表达状态的代码、规定了每个性状的测试方法,最终完成了适用于我国的女贞属DUS测试指南的制定和编写。
Ligustrum plants are important landscape greening tree species,which have become a hot topic in breeding at home and abroad in recent years.DUS test guidelines as a new plant variety protection and granted technical and scientific basis,plays a very important role.While there's no test guidelines of Ligustrum in(International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants} at present,causing inconvenience for the development and protection of the new varieties.Therefore,on the basis of studying on literature of domestic and foreign privet species,this study comprehensive collected 36 privet genus and species in country gardens,and 106 traits of these species and varieties were tested for many years survey.At the same time,31 foreign varieties were also collected.Using statistical methods,through in-depth analysis,49 test characteristics and 29 example varieties were finally determined for the DUS test guidelines.Each test characteristics was scientific classificated,the code of each expression were determined,and test method for each characteristics were provided as well.Eventually,the formulation and preparation of DUS test guidelines for new varieties of genus Ligustrum which will apply in China was completed.
