UHF频段RFID近场天线设计

摘要
本文设计了一款基于磁场耦合宽带RFID近场天线。通过对偶极子阵列排布设计天线辐射单元结构,形成三个方环,每个方环上电流相位一致,不仅增强天线磁场并且实现了内部磁场的均匀特性。仿真结果显示,天线带宽在820MHz-970MHz回波损耗低于-10d B,天线正上方10mm磁场强度均在-4d B以上,在100mm×100mm的阅读区域里磁场强度差值低于4d B,能够很好的对近场标签进行阅读,天线宽带特性能满足不同国家地区UHF频段的标准,具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, a broadband RFID near-field antenna based on magnetic coupling is proposed. The antenna is based on dipoles array,forming three square loops, where the currents are kept in phase. Strong and uniform magnetic field can be achieved. Simulated results show that-10 d B bandwidth is between 820MHz-970 MHz and the vertical magnetic field is above-4d B at the height of 10 mm. Maximum difference of magnetic field is just below-4d B in its 100×100 interrogation area. Broadband of the antenna can meet different UHF standards of different regions and has good prospect in application.
