摘要
目的:探讨抑癌基因LKb1在胃癌中表达及预后关系的研究。方法:采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测115例胃癌组织和20例胃正常组织中LKB1表达预后关系。结果:LKB1在胃癌组织中的低表达与胃癌的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、LAuren's分型及预后有关(P<0.05)。LKb1作为一种染色质重塑因子其失活性突变在多种肿瘤中频繁发生,显示出其在肿瘤抑制中的重要性,其可能代表死亡受体演变的早期阶段先于死亡结构域出现,并且在胚胎发育和成体生命诱导细胞凋亡中发挥重要的作用。结论:LKB1的低表达与胃癌的发生、发展有关,对胃癌恶性生物学行为的评估及预后判断具有重要的指导意义。
Objective: To explore the research on the relationship between tumor suppressor gene LKB1 and LKb1 expression in gastric carcinoma and prognosis. Methods: 1, on the domesticand foreign related research information of tumor suppressor gene LKB1 were summarized and analyzed, to investigate its expression in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between the 2, the back ofthe neck; immunohistochemistry(SP) expression of LKB1 prognosis assay in 115 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric tissue. Results: 1, tumor suppressor gene LKB1 has a varietyof forms of expression in gastric cancer in 2, gastric cancer; lower expression of LKB1 in gastric cancer TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, LAuren's typing and prognosis(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the LKb1 gene as a tumor suppressor gene involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer; lower expression and gastric carcinogenesis, development of LKB1, and has important guidingsignificance in assessment and prognosis of malignant biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
