一种生产销售模型的生产及库存控制优化研究

摘要
考虑一种含生产商和零售商两个系统的生产销售模型,其中生产商采用成品库容量有限的传送带给料加工站模型,零售商采用动态库存控制模型。零售商的动态补货策略影响生产商的成品库状态,进而影响其生产,而生产商的生产控制策略通过成品库影响零售商的实际补货量,进而影响其库存水平。考虑到模型的随机特性以及生产商和零售商互为影响的关系,本文采用Q学习方法分别对生产商的前视控制策略和零售商的补货策略进行优化求解。最后通过仿真实验,分析了生产商和零售商的学习优化效果以及生产商成品库容量和零售商仓库容量对系统性能的影响。
We considers a production and sale model, in which the producer uses a conveyor belt model with a limited capacity of the bank, and the retailer uses a dynamic inventory control model. The retailer's dynamic replenishment strategy affects the inventory of the bank, also, in turn affecting its production. And the producer's control strategy affects the retailer's actual replenishment, also, in turn affecting its inventory level. Due to the randomness of the model and the relationship between the producer and the retailer, we use the Q-learning algorithm to solve the optimal control problem of the producer and the retailer. The simulation results analyze that the effect of the optimization of the learning and the effect of the inventory parameters on the system performance.
