常化温度对高牌号无取向硅钢织构组织转变及磁性能的影响

摘要
研究了常化温度对高牌号无取向硅钢热轧板和成品板的组织、织构以及成品电磁性能的影响。结果表明常化处理消除了热轧板中的变形组织,促进变形组织完成再结晶,常化温度越高,热轧板晶粒尺寸越大,常化后热轧板表面以{001}<110>为主,亚表层和中心层以{100}<011>、{111}<110>及{111}<112>为主;常化温度越高,成品的晶粒尺寸越大,成品板中{111}//轧面织构越少,有利织构增强,磁性能得到改善。
The effect of normalizing temperature on magnetic properties and structure,texture properties of hot rolled plate、final products of high grade non-oriented electric steel.The results showed that the deformed microstructure of the hot rolled plates transformed into recrystallized grain after normalizing annealing treatment,with increasing normalizing temperature,the grain size of hot rolled plates increased,the main texture of the surface is {001}<110>,the main texture of the sub-surface and center are {100}<011>、 {111}<110>、{111}<112>.With increasing normalizing temperature,the grain size of final products increased,unfavorable texture components {111} decreased,favorable texture increased,the magnetic properties of the non-oriented electric steel final products were improved.
