建立老年心理咨询服务长效机制的探索

截至2014年底,中国60岁及以上老年人口数量已达2.12亿,高龄老年人口数量达到2400万,失能老年人口接近4000万。国务院下发国发2014(35)号文件,对养老服务业的发展做出了相关部署,重点解决社区为平台的居家养老和机构养老中,老年人生活照护和心理照护服务不足和管理体制不完善。依据调查和分析,我国老年人心理照护服务体制尚处于不完善状态,老年人心理障碍和心理问题较普遍,问题较多,专业人员不足,服务规范差等问题,因此建立长效的老年心理照护服务体制非常必要。服务体系和监管体系的建立是保障老年心理照护服务质量的关键。因此建立老年照护服务标准和服务程序,以及服务投诉和处理等都成为长效机制健康发展的关键。长效老年心理照护服务机制建立的影响因素分析。这是保障老年人心理照护服务机构迅猛发展和建立人才培养队伍的前提。

Problems, on the basis of investigation and analysis, China's elderly psychological care service system is in a perfect state, elderly people with mental disorders and mental problems are common and many problems, shortage of professional staff, service standard deviation etc.. Therefore, the establishment of long-term geriatric mental care service system is very necessary. Service system and the establishment of the regulatory system is the key to protect the quality of the elderly care service. Therefore, the establishment of the elderly care service standards and service procedures, as well as service complaints and treatment have become the key to the healthy development of long-term mechanism. Analysis on the influence factors of the establishment of the long effective elderly mental care service mechanism. This is a prerequisite for ensuring the rapid development of mental health services and the establishment of the personnel training team in the elderly.
