摘要
本文通过对滇池水体污染特征,蓝藻水华发生、发展、分布、灾变情势分析研究,提出应急监测机制、采用遥感定量解译和地面人工巡测与气象观测,初步建成了滇池天地一体化的蓝藻水华发生立体监测网络,并建立业务会商机制,在滇池蓝藻水华爆发季节每周发布一期《滇池水污染及蓝藻监测预警周报》,为预防、治理滇池蓝藻污染提供技术支持。
This article through to the dianchi lake water pollution characteristics,algae occurrence,development,distribution,reckoning situation analysis,this paper argues with remote sensing monitoring mechanism,the quantitative interpretation and ground artificial tour measurement and meteorological observation,initially set up the integration of algae water dianchi lake heaven and earth happened three-dimensional monitoring network,and establish business in consultation with the mechanism,in the dianchi lake algae outbreak of issued a week a season of the dianchi lake water pollution and algae monitoring and warning weekly ",for the prevention,management to provide technical support in dianchi lake algal contamination.
