浙江省温岭市箬横中学同伴辅导十年回眸

摘要
浙江省温岭市箬横中学是全国中小学心理健康教育特色学校培育对象,是"教育部‘国培计划’浙江师范大学实践教学基地",浙江省一级心理健康辅导站,浙江省心灵港湾工作坊示范点。心理健康教育是我校的三大办学特色之一,而心理健康教育最大的亮点是同伴辅导,学校借鉴国内外同伴心理辅导实践经验,确立了以"发展性"辅导为主,以"预防性辅导"和"治疗性辅导"为辅的同伴心理辅导核心理念,并将"助人自助·共同成长"辅导理念作为学校心理健康教育的发展方向。近十年来我校学生同伴辅导的主要策略有以下几点:策略一:组建"心灵互助社",营建家的感觉。校心指中心所有的决策和活动都是由心灵互助社的所有成员和老师共同商讨完成的。策略二:创建"心灵家园",营造和谐心理氛围。首先心指中心编撰了名为"心灵家园"的校报;其次开设"墨城论坛",经常邀请一些心理学专家学者开展讲座,或者以工作坊的形式向教师讲解同伴辅导的理念,心理健康的有关知识。策略三:组建"助人艺术"训练营,提升学生互助能力。培养学生助人艺术,提高学生的助人能力是我们的目标之一,我们采取了工作坊形式的"助人艺术"训练营,锻炼学生的互助能力。策略四:开展"1+1"辅导,激发学生积极自我探索。策略五:实施剧本式辅导,搭建学生互助体验平台。策略六:开设同伴辅导活动课,形成学生自主辅导理念在学生同伴辅导日臻成熟和完善,逐步走向规范化、制度化后,近年来我校亦在开展教师同伴辅导方面的工作。主要有以下几点:1、进一步完善"工作坊"的实践模式2、不同场合演出教师心理剧。3、加强心理健康知识培训(特别是校本培训),开展心理团体辅导课观摩、评比活动4.成立读书会。每位教师每学期都要阅读一些心理健康有关的书籍,进行读书心得(不少于1000字)比赛,交流阅读心得。5.成立家长学校,完善家校联系中心。开家长会时我们尝试以工作坊的形式开,让老师和家长们交流育子心得;同时请家长们观赏师生心理剧,将日常生活中的亲子、师生冲突以心理剧的形式表演出来,希冀以此触动家长、老师和孩子的心灵。
Zhejiang Wenling Ruoheng middle school is the first national mental health education characteristic school,Zhejiang Normal University practice teaching base of the Department of education's national training plan as well as Zhejiang Province First level mental health coaching center and Heart Harbor workshop. Mental health education is one of the three school-running characteristics, which focuses on peer tutoring model. Our school learn peer tutoring model practicing experience both at home and abroad, based on "Developmental Counseling", whose key ideas are " Preventive Counseling" and " Therapeutic counseling". Our school is aimed to explore "help people to help themselves &growing together." In recent 10 years, our school has had six strategies as follows: First, set up " Spiritual Support", making you feel at home. All activities and strategies have been finished by all members in " Spiritual support" and teachers. Second, set up "Spiritual Home", making a comfortable physchological atmosphere. We have made school newspapers and "Mo Cheng Forum", inviting some famous specialists to gave speeches to our teachers on peer tutoring model. Third:set up "Helping Others Art Camp", promoting students' abilities to help each other. Fourth: set up "One Plus One", motivating students' self –exploration. Fifth: carry out "Plays Counseling", giving students an experiencing platform to help each other. Sixth: start "Peer Tutoring" activities, making students' independent counseling concept. When the "Peer Tutoring" leads to standardlization and institutionalization, we have made achievements and still have a long way to go. First: improve the workshop Second: start teachers' psychodramas on different occasions. Third: strengthen the mental health knowledge training(This has been part of our school-based training), start inspecting psychological group counseling and make assessments. Fourth: set up "Reading Meeting". Every teacher should read some relevant mental health books every term and compete with each other and communicate their ideas(not less than 1000 words). Fifth: set up "Parents School " to improve the relationship between schools and families. We often invite parents to enjoy our psychodramas, which reflect the parent-child and the conflict between teachers and students. We sincerely hope to move the hearts between parents, teachers and children.
