基于CATIA的飞机静力划线技术研究

摘要
静力试验是验证飞机可靠性的重要手段,在试验前期准备工作中,胶布带点划线是必须做的一项工作,为了保证静力试验的顺利进行和试验结果的准确性,提高胶布带点划线质量和工作效率是需要解决的问题。通过CATIA软件宏命令的运用。可以快速准确地把胶布带点坐标值输入到计算机中,再经过坐标变换,胶布带点会被批量移动到飞机静力试验部件所在的局部坐标系中;在实际静力划线过程中,以典型特征零件为参考基准可以提高划线精度,这表明静力试验胶布带点划线新技术可以有效提高划线效率和划线精度。
Sialic testing is an important means to verify the aircraft reliability.In the early stage of the experiment preparation work,marking tape is a work which must be done,in order to ensure the accuracy of the sialic test and the smooth progress of the test results and improve adhesive tape dash dot quality and work efficiency is a problem needed to be solved.Through the use of CATIA software macros can be fast accurate the adhesive tape point coordinate values of the input to the computer,then through coordinate transfonnation,the adhesive tape point will be batch moved to aircraft static test components where the local coordinate system in;in the actual static scribing processes,with typical characteristics of parts for reference can improve precision marking,which indicates that the static test tape crossed the new technology can effectively improve the scribing efficiency and scribing precision.
