S波段四通道小型化数字T/R组件设计与实现

摘要
数字T/R组件是数字阵列雷达系统的核心模块之一,系统要求高性能的同时实现小型化和轻型化。本文研究并实现了一种S波段四通道T/R组件。该T/R组件采用收发均数字化的体制;发射通道功放模块基于第三代半导体技术—Ga N。采用集成化设计方法,T/R组件具有工作带宽宽,输出功率大,通用性强,小型化和轻型化等优点。
Requirements for T/R module, one of the core modules in digital array radar, are increasing. Not only better performances but also compacter size, and lighter weight are all needed. A 4-Channel T/R module at s-band is presented in the paper. The digitization both in receiver and transmitter is adopted in the T/R module. The power amplifier of the transmitter uses the third generation semiconductor technology "Ga N". Using the integrated design method, the T/R module has the advantages of wide bandwidth, high transmit power, wide universality, compact size and light weight.
