云南玛咖SDE法及回流提取法提取挥发性成分GC-MS分析

摘要
以我国云南种植的玛咖块根切片粉碎而成的玛咖粉为原料,通过同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)法和回流提取法提取玛咖中的挥发性香气成分,并采用GC-MS法测定了玛咖中的挥发性香气成分,共鉴定出79种化合物。其中异硫氰酸苄酯、4-甲氧基苄基异硫氰酸酯、苯乙腈、3-甲氧基苯乙腈为玛咖香气主要成分,具有玛咖特征性香气。苯乙腈单体经GC-MS单独进样分析,通过保留时间数据确认了其在玛咖提取物中的确存在。其生成机理有待进一步探究。而苯乙酰胺、N-苄基甲酰胺、烟酰胺、N-苄烯丁胺、N-苄基乙酰胺等酰胺类化合物可以作为玛咖提取物主要活性成分及特征物质。
This paperreportsvolatile componentsof LepidiummeyemiWalpersextracted by simultaneous disti llation extraction and reflux extraction from powders of sliced maca roots which are cultivated in Yun nan Province.79 chemical components are analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectr ometry(GC-MS).Among these,Benzyl isothiocyanate,4-Methoxybenzyl isothiocyanate,Benzeneac etonitrile,and Benzeneacetonitrile,3-methoxy-are main aroma components of LepidiummeyemiWalpers with characteristic flavor.According to theretention time dataofseparate sample injection and analysis b y GC-MS,Benzeneacetonitrile does exsits in maca extracts.But its formation mechanism remains to b e determined.While amides such as Benzeneacetamide,N-Benzylformamide,Nicotinamide,Benzenemeth anamine,N-(phenylmethylene)-,Acetamide,N-(phenylmethyl)-are main active ingredients and character istic components in maca extracts.
