一心连世界,远山近水情——2019年中国北京世界园艺博览会园区规划设计

摘要
2019年中国北京世界园艺博览会是中国政府主办、北京市人民政府承办,继2008年北京奥林匹克运动会之后十年间北京举办的级别最高、规模最大的专业类世园会。园区位于北京延庆区,毗邻八达岭长城、海坨山,横跨妫河两岸,占地960hm~2。在2019年中国北京世界园艺博览会园区综合规划中,我们基于"山水城市"理念,以"心连世界,远山近水情"为规划立意、倡导多专业协同的系统规划方法。本园区规划具体设计环节表现为:(1)构建可持续的生态系统。构建和优化生态安全格局,营造多样化的乡土生境设计和人工湿地净化系统,保护和恢复已受损失的河流湿地。(2)模拟自然生态系统的山水空间格局。(3)挖掘长城独特的农耕文明智慧和大地景观艺术。
The 2019 World Horticultural Exposition in Beijing,China,located at the foot of the Great Wall,will be another mega city event following the 2008 Olympic Games that were hosted in Beijing.It is about 960 ha,which is crossed by the Guishui River on both sides and embraced by the mountains on three sides.Based on the aspect of public justice,our planning case study intends to conclude through research on the landscape planning of the 2019 World Horticultural Exposition how it may exert greater ecological,economic and social values,and ensure sustainability of urban green infrastructure.An ecological framework based on sustainable socio-economic development will be created to protect theenvironment and make the park as a whole.The framework will be embodied in three ways.It will;(1) simulate the spatial structure of mountain and water in the natural ecosystem;(2) build a sustainable ecological system and optimize ecological security patterns to create diverse indigenous habitats and an artificial wetland purification system to protect and restore the deteriorated river and wetland;and(3)use local agricultural knowledge and the art found within the natural geology of the Great Wall area.
