摘要
目的:探讨小续命汤对治疗周围型面神经麻痹是否较牵正散存在优势,以及该方取效的神经电生理机制。方法:周围型面神经麻痹患者54例,随机分为观察组28例和对照组26例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。两组维生素B1、维生素B12、强的松、阿昔洛韦等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组合用牵正散,治疗组合用小续命汤,治疗4周,观察治疗前后两组患者面神经电图及瞬目反射R1潜伏期。结果:瞬目反射R1潜伏期显著缩短,面神经电图相关指标均显著改善,治疗组改善更显著,临床疗效优于对照组。结论:更有效的缩短瞬目反射R1潜伏期和面神经远端运动潜伏期,提升面神经远端运动波幅是小续命汤临床优于牵正散的神经电生理机制所在。
To explore whether there is an advantage in the treatment of peripheral facial nerve paralysis with the Xiaoxuming Decoction,and the effect of this prescription.Method;Peripheral facial nerve paralysis patients were randomly divided into observation group 28 cases and control group of 26 cases,there were no significant differences between the two groups.Two groups of patients were given vitamin Bl,vitamin B12,prednisone and acyclovir therapy.On this basis,the control group were treated with Qianzheng powder,the treatment group were treated with Xiaoxuming Decoction.4 weeks of treatment later,Observe the two groups before and after treatmentelectroneurography and blink reflex latency of Rl.Result:May integral of the two groups of patients were significantly improved,Rl reflex latency was significantly shortened,the relevant indexes of electroneurography were significantly improved,the treatment group improved more significant clinical efficacy than the control group.Conclusion:Significantly shorten Rl latency of blink reflex and facial nerve distal motor latency,and improve facial nerve distal movement amplitude is small neural electrophysiological mechanism of Xiaoxuming decoction
