<正>Introduction Canine parvovirus(CPV)is a single-stranded DNA virus and a member of the genus parvovirus of the family parvoviridae.CPV has been continued to mutate,Up to the present time,the virus has undergone mutations from CPV-2to CPV-2a,CPV-2b,new-type CPV-2a,new-type CPV-2b,CPV-2c,CPV-2c(a)and CPV-2c(b).The CPV disease has been shown to currently have a multi-type or mixed infection in China.We found considerable variation of CPV-2a based on
