磁性固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定多环芳烃研究

摘要
多环芳烃(Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs)是一种常见的持久性有机污染物,广泛存在于人类赖以生存的环境中,可诱发皮肤癌、膀胱癌、肺癌等疾病~([1,2])。实际环境样品中的PAHs的含量非常低,不能直接用分析仪器进行测定。因此,建立环境样品中PAHs分子的样品前处理方法是有必要的。PAHs的前处理技术很多,包括固相萃取、超声辅助萃取、加压溶剂萃取等,但这些传统的前处理技术往往需要复杂的操作步骤、对人体和环境危害较大。本文采用化学偶联法制备出一种新型的固相萃取剂-MMTA保护的金纳米包裹Fe_3O_4@SiO_2,萃取环境水样中的14种PAHs,然后用高效液相色谱-荧光检测测定分析。14种PAHs的检出限在0.50-37.50 ng/L,相对标准偏差在1.56%-3.47%之间,回收率在80.00%-120.00%之间。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) exist widely in the environment and can induce skin cancer,scrotum cancer and other diseases.In this study,au protected by MMTA coupled Fe_3O_4@SiO_2 nanoparticals were sysnthesised by chemical coupling method.And it was used as a novel solid-phase extraction adsorbent to extract14 PAHs in water samples in environment.The extracted water samples were detected by HPLC-FLD.Under the optimal conditions,14 PAHs were completed separated in 15 min,the LODs were in the range of 0.50-37.50 ng/L,and the RSD of peak area were in the range of 1.56%-3.47%,the recoveries were in the range of 80.00%-120.00%.
