摘要
建设信息化网络体系是深化军队改革、推进军队信息化转型升级的重要课题。本文阐述并分析了了"信息化网络体系"视角下作战体系的概念内涵、要素构成,及其内聚机理和外释机理,详细论述了信息化网络体系对整个作战形态带来的改变,为下步构建要素齐全、功能完善的信息化网络体系奠定理论基础。
The construction of information-centric network system of systems is important to accelerate military deepening reform, and promote the transformation and upgrade of military informatization. In this paper, the basic connotation and the element construction of information-centric networking system of systems is demonstrated, the essential coherence mechanism and the release mechanism of the information-centric networking system of systems are analyzed, the changing of the information-centric networking system of systems on the whole form of operations is detailed discussed. It aims to provide theoretical basis for constructing all required elements and functional maturation of the information-centric networking system of systems.
