摘要

在现代战争中,信息系统的互操作能力成为了信息化作战体系整体能力发挥的关键要素。本文分析了美军在信息系统互操作能力建设方面的主要做法,提出了我军信息系统开展信息系统互操作能力建设的措施及建议。
The ability of information system is decided by interoperability which has been a key factor of playing ability to the full of combat system. The method for interoperability construction of U.S army is studied in this paper and put forward the ways and suggestions for ours.
