摘要
基于SAE J1939商用车总线网络测试技术,是一汽"十二五"期间汽车电子测试验证标准能力提升的重点技术方向。针对一汽商用车全系车型,详细描述测试流程、测试对象、测试方法、测试环境、评价准则等方面,基于该测试技术可全面开展总线网络系统测试工作,根本解决网络缺陷、通信失效等系列问题。在测试技术研究的过程中,与国外著名公司、大专院校、行业单位多次交流,并搭建国内首个网络虚拟仿真测试系统平台,系统解决"测试覆盖度低、测试通用性差、测试深度低"等问题。经实践检验,商用车总线测试技术可实现网络通信全方位、高精准测试验证,保障商用车网络高可靠、强稳定通信。
Based on SAE J1939 bus network testing technology is the key technical direction of the automobile electronic testing and verification standard capability improvement during the period of " 12 th Five- Year".According to FAW Commercial Vehicle models the entire department,a detailed description of the testing process,test object,test method,test environment,evaluation criteria,can carry out a comprehensive test of the bus network system based on the test of the technology,fundamentally solve the defect of network,communication failure problems.In the process of testing technology research,and foreign famous companies,universities,industry unit many times exchanges,and to build the first network virtual simulation test system platform,the system to solve the "test coverage is low,the test bad versatility,test the depth of the low.After practical testing,commercial vehicle bus testing technology,network communications can achieve full range,high precision testing and verification,to ensure the commercial vehicle network with high reliability,strong stability Communications.
