摘要

<正>Zika virus infections are associated with fetal microcephaly,neurological complications and constitute a public health emergency.Herein,we report the isolation of 13 specific,human-origin monoclonal antibodies from an imported Zika case to China.Two of the isolated antibodies(Z23 and Z3L1)demonstrate potent Zika-specific neutralization in vitro without binding or neutralizing activity against Zika’s closest relative Dengue virus(DENV)1-4,
