含咔唑单分散荧光共聚物微球的制备与性能研究

摘要
本文用无皂乳液聚合的方法,将N-乙烯基咔唑(NVK)与苯乙烯共聚制备荧光共聚物微球,用IR,DSC,TGA,SEM和荧光光谱等对其结构性能进行表征;并探讨NVK用量对共聚物微球结构与性能的影响。研究表明,当NVK用量低于10%时,共聚物微球乳液比较稳定;随着NVK用量增加,共聚物微球的热分解起始温度和玻璃化转变温度均有所降低,微球黏连性增强、尺寸分布变宽,荧光强度逐渐增强。当NVK用量为6%时,荧光共聚物微球尺寸呈单分散,且荧光强度较高,在生物检测等领域具有较好的应用前景。
A series of carbazole-based fluorescent copolymer microspheres were prepared by soap free emulsion polymerization, and characterized by IR, DSC, TGA, SEM and fluorescence spectra. The effect of NVK content on the structure and properties of copolymer microspheres were studied. The results show that the copolymer latex was relatively stable when the NVK content of less than 10%. When NVK content increases, the copolymer microspheres thermal decomposition starting temperature and glass transition temperature were decreased, microsphere adhesion even enhanced, size distribution becomes wider, fluorescence intensity gradually increased. When the dosage of NVK was 6%, the size of the fluorescent copolymer microspheres was monodisperse, and the fluorescence intensity was high. It has a good application prospect in the field of biological detection.
