氧化石墨烯基智能防腐蚀微胶囊

摘要
氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)可通过π-π堆积作用负载疏水功能分子~1,GO表面负电荷产生的静电斥力赋予GO良好水分散性,从而有效抑制功能分子的聚集。联用氧化石墨烯和层层(layer-by-layer,LbL)自组装技术~2,有望提高聚苯胺在溶胶凝胶中的分散性。本文使用LbL技术在GO表面组装聚烯丙胺盐酸盐(polyallylamine hydrochloride,PAH)、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(polystyrene sulfonate,PSS)和聚苯胺(polyaniline,PANI)构建含GO微胶囊。这种微胶囊表面带电荷(Fig.1a),为3~5μm的纳米片(Fig.1b),在溶胶凝胶基质中分散均匀(Fig.1c-d)。含GO微胶囊涂层对碳钢呈现智能防腐蚀性能(Fig.1e),仅在酸性环境中释放PANI。
Graphene oxide(GO) can load functional hydrophobic molecules through π-π stacking interaction,and inhibit their aggregation due to electrostatic repulsion between like-charge GO nanosheets.Combining GO and LbL might increase dispersion of PANI in sol-gel.Herein,PAH,PSS and PANI were deposited on GO template alternately.The microcapsules turn over ζ-potential values(Fig.1a),appearing as nanosheets with lateral size of 3~5 μm(Fig.1b),dispersing uniformly in Si-Zr sol-gel matrix(Fig.1c,d).The coating containing microcapsules exhibits smart resistance to corrosion,which only releases PANI under acidic solutions(Fig.1e).
