华南牛肝菌科分子系统学研究

摘要
牛肝菌科(Boletaceae)是指担子果肉质,地生,子实层体管状,少数褶状及部分腹菌状的一个类群,具有重要的生态和经济价值。华南地区牛肝菌科资源丰富、种类繁多、形态特征多样,且部分类群的系统分类地位不明确。本研究选取了牛肝菌科380余份样本,基于nr LSU序列构建了ML系统发育树,包含了牛肝菌科中已知的56个属,在初步分析了各类群分类地位的基础上,选取了具有代表性的150余份样品,基于4个基因片段(nr LSU、tef1-a、rpb1和rpb2),构建了多基因联合分析系统发育树。结果表明:该地区有牛肝菌科32个已知属的分布,并根据形态特征和系统发育框架,新划分出9个属级分类单元,发现了一批牛肝菌科新种;同时,证明了粉孢牛肝菌属Tylopilus P.Karst、绒盖牛肝菌属Xerocomus Quél.和金牛肝菌属Aureoboletus Pouzar等在华南地区广泛分布,为优势类群,种类特征相对独特;在物种区系组成上,华南地区既有东南亚热带区系物种分布特征,又与日本等地区有着密切关系,分布着一些共有种类,同时还体现出了中国华南地区独特的物种区系组成。因此,开展华南地区牛肝菌科物种多样性研究,对牛肝菌科分子系统学和生物地理学研究具有重要作用。
