锌酸钙的制备研究

摘要
锌镍电池成本低、工作电压高、比功率高、安全性好,在新能源新车动力电池方面具有广阔应用前景。锌酸钙加入锌镍电池负极,能够抑制枝晶和变形发生,降低钝化和腐蚀倾向,显著提高锌镍电池性能。本文采用悬浮液反应法制备了锌酸钙。X射线衍射测试结果表明产品为单斜晶系结构。扫描电镜图像显示样品形貌规整,呈六边形。粒度分析表明锌酸钙样品平均粒径为16.52μm,粒径分布较窄。
With its low cost, high working voltage, high specific power, high safety performance, green environmental protection and other advantages, zinc nickel battery has showed a broad application prospect in the power battery of new energy vehicles. Added into Ni-Zn battery anode, calcium zincate can inhibit zinc dendrite and deformation, reduce the passivation and corrosion tendency, and improve the performance of Ni-Zn battery significantly. Calcium zincate was prepared by suspension reaction method. XRD analysis of the sample confirmed the chemical composition crystallized in monoclinic system. Scanning electron microscope image proved sample had regular morphology, which was hexagonal. Particle size analysis showed that the average particle diameter of calcium zincate sample prepared by this process was 16.52μm with narrow size distribution.
