High performance CH_3NH_3PbI_x(SCN)_(3-x) planar perovskite solar cells with low-temperature processed SnO_2 electron transport layer

摘要
We report a low-temperature and ambient air-processed CH_3NH_3PbI_x(SCN)_(3-x) perovskite planar solar cell(PSCs) based on SnO_2 electron transport layer.Upon optimization, the PSCs show an average power conversion efficiency of 15.8%(maximum 16.3%) and superior long-term stability.Even stored in ambient air with the relative humidity exceeds 50%, the PCE can also retain 85% of their initial performance after 700 hours.The strategy provides a possible way for future commercialization and application in the field of flexible electronic device.
