FSAE大学生电动方程式赛车设计

摘要
阐述了FSAE电动方程式赛车总体及若干关键子系统设计,详细论述了包括总布置、电控系统、转向系统以及车架等关键部件的设计、优化、制造、调试等过程。基于大赛规则确定了符合人机工程的整车布置参数及技术路线,通过MATLAB/Simulink对控制过程进行仿真并基于STM32设计整车控制器,设计合理的车架结构并通过有限元分析进行优化。通过实车路试对整车性能进行调试,从而达到了设计目标。
The design,optimization,fabrication and debugging of the key components,including general layout,electronic control system,steering system,frame and so onare discussed.The general layout group determines the performance targets.All of the components are manufactured by qualitative materials and then use the finite element analysis to ensure the reliability.With the help ofthe design software to complete the design work and finally the whole vehicle is assembled.Through the real vehicle road test on the performance of the vehicle to achieve the design objectives.
