复杂艰险山区铁路减灾选线技术框架

摘要
在复杂艰险山区从事铁路建设,自然灾害的风险不可回避,必须高度重视防灾减灾。本文基于工程实践的总结,回顾了山区铁路选线技术的发展历程,将其划分为地形选线、地质选线、减灾选线三个阶段;提出了复杂艰险山区铁路减灾选线的概念,并对减灾选线理论、程式、技术等进行了较为系统的研究,提出了包括"三个内容",涵盖"五大理论""四项工作""两类技术"的复杂艰险山区铁路减灾选线技术框架。
Engaged in railway construction in complicated mountainous region,the risk of hazards cannot be avoided.Hazards prevention and mitigation must be attached great importance to.Based on the summary of engineering practices,this paper reviews the development process of railway selection technology in mountainous region.The technologyis divided into three stages:terrain,geological and hazards-reduction railway selection.Then,this paper puts forward the concept of hazards-reduction railway selection in complicated mountainous region,and systematically studies the theory,program and technology of the hazards-reduction railway selection.At last,technical framework of hazards-reduction railway selection in complicated mountainous region is formed,including three contents,five theories,four works and two kinds of technology.
