东北梅花鹿线粒体COⅡ基因序列的遗传结构及其系统发育分析

摘要
采用基因测序的方法,对3种东北梅花鹿的COⅡ基因片段进行了PCR扩增和测序。结果表明,3种东北梅花鹿COⅡ基因片段的长度均为740bp,A+T含量都大于G+C的含量。3个品种单倍型多样性较高(0.673~0.717),就单个品种而言,敖东梅花鹿的遗传多样性最高。
MtDNA CO Ⅱ gene fragments of three Northeastern sika deer species were amplified using PCR method,and the products were purified and sequenced.The result showed that all the mtDNA CO Ⅱ gene fragments had 740 bp,and had greater amount of the A + T pairs than the G + C pairs.As a whole,the haplotype diversity was high(0.673 ~0.717).In a single species,aodong sika deer had a much higher genetic diversities.
