摘要

当前,越来越多的国家与地区开始响应习近平主席提出的"一带一路"的倡议。斯里兰卡作为"21世纪海上丝绸之路"上的重要节点,是21世纪海上丝绸之路上的重要一环。本文借助斯图亚特霍尔的"接合"(Articulation)理论,对斯里兰卡国民经济与其民族冲突之间的关系进行了简要的梳理分析。分析发现,斯里兰卡的内战与民族冲突已经成为了其社会构成的重要组成部分。而其国民经济并没有在其内战时期直接受到冲击,反而在冲突之中存在着其发展的机遇。
At present, more and more countries and regions are interested in the "Belt and Road" initiative which is proposed by President Xi Jinping. Sri Lanka, is an important node in the Belt and Road. This paper made a brief analysis of the relationship between the national economy and ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka under the theory of Stuart Hall's "Articulation". After analysis, it can be found that civil war and ethnic conflict has become an important part of Sri Lanka's social composition. And the national economy in Sri Lanka has not been directly affected by its civil war, rather, it gets opportunities to develop in the conflict.
