7Ni钢替代9Ni钢分析研究

摘要
提出一种7Ni钢,模拟常规生产方式进行制造,在力学性能、特征性能、微观组织和析出物等方面与9Ni钢展开全方位的对比分析,结果表明,7Ni钢的淬透性要好于9Ni钢,辅以一定量的Cr、Mo合金,7Ni钢热处理后的性能可以达到9Ni钢的水平,即7Ni钢可以替代9Ni钢以降低制造成本,且其生产过程更加便于控制。
A kind of 7Ni steel is made by conventional method,and it is compared with 9Ni steel in many ways including mechanical property,characteristic property,microstructure and precipitation.The results show that the hardenability of7 Ni steel is better than 9Ni steel.The property of 7Ni steel can be same to 9Ni steel after heat treatment,but Cr and Mo must be added into 7Ni steel.7Ni steel can be used to replace 9Ni steel to cut down the manufacturing cost and the production of 7Ni steel is easier to control.
