2,2-二吡啶胺类配体及其锌配合物在检测Hg~(2+)和MeHgI中的应用

摘要
本文报道了2,2-二吡啶胺类配体(ppvppa)与Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O,1,4-萘二酸(1,4-H_2NDC)在H_2O/MeCN中进行溶剂热反应,得到一个配位聚合物[Zn(ppvppa)(1,4-NDC)]_n(1)。通过元素分析、红外、热重、粉末X射线衍射和单晶X射线衍射对1进行了结构表征。配合物1中的每一对Zn原子通过两个ppvppa配体桥连形成二聚体[Zn_2(ppvppa)_2]结构单元,再通过4个1,4-NDC桥连形成一个2D蜂窝状结构。化合物1和ppvppa都可高效的检测Hg~(2+)或者MeHgI。当向ppvppa的乙腈溶液中加入Hg~(2+),其紫外可见光光谱和荧光光谱都发生显著变化,而且可以直接通过肉眼识别。出现这些现象是由于ppvppa中未配位的吡啶环上的N原子与Hg~(2+)配位形成了某种汞配合物。我们通过扩散法得到了一个双核配合物[Hg_2(ppvppa)_2(NO_3)_4],结构分析证实了在检测过程中所形成的汞配合物。当向配合物1的水溶液中加入Hg~(2+)或者MeHgI,在紫外灯下可观察到明显的荧光变色即由橙色变为蓝色。因此,配合物1和ppvppa对检测Hg~(2+)或者MeHgI有着很高的选择性。
Solvothermal reactions of Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O with di-pyridin-2-yl-[4-(2-pyridin-4-yl-vinyl)-phenyl]-amine(ppvppa)and 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid(1,4-H_2NDC) in H_2O and MeCN at 150 ℃ yielded one 2D coordination Zn(Ⅱ) polymer[Zn(ppvppa)(1,4-NDC)]_n(1).Compound 1 was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,powder X-ray diffraction,single crystal X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis.Compound 1 consists of dimeric[Zn_2(ppvppa)_2]units linked by 1,4-NDC bridges to generate a 2D honeycomb network.Complex 1 and ppvppa can detect Hg~(2+) or MeHgI selectively and sensitively.Upon addition of Hg~(2+) ions to the MeCN solution of ppvppa,remarkable changes in the UV-vis and fluorescence spectra are observed,which is easily identified by the naked eyes.The pyridinyl rings of ppvppa is coordinated with Hg~(2+) ion.This motif in the presence of NO_3~- ions forms a binuclear complex[Hg_2(ppvppa)_2(NO_3)_4],characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.In aqueous solution,complex 1 emits light orange emission at ambient temperature and the addition of Hg~(2+) or MeHgl induces an evident change of fluorescence color from slight orange to blue.Complex 1 is a promising candidate as a sensitive naked-eye indicator for Hg~(2+) or MeHgl under UV lamp.
