外敷中药联合关节镜下清理术在感染致膝关节炎中的临床应用

摘要
目的:探讨外敷中药联合关节镜下清理术在感染致膝关节炎中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年12月到2016年4月收治的64例感染致化脓性膝关节炎患者,分为两组,对照组用传统关节切开引流术;治疗组应用外敷中药联合关节镜下清理术,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组1、2周肿胀程度,明显优于对照组(P<0.01);且对照组治疗后膝关节功能总得分,明显低于治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:外敷中药联合关节镜下清理术在感染致化脓性膝关节炎治疗中创口小、疗效好、恢复快,能够提高患者和生活质量,值得临床推广。
objective: to study the external treatment of TCM under arthroscopy cleaning technique in the application of infection caused by knee arthritis. Methods: selected fromDecember 2014 to April 2014 to 64 cases of infection of patients with knee arthritis, divided into two groups, control group using conventional joints incision drainage; Joint under arthroscopycleaning treatment group used externally applies traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), to compare the clinical curative effect of two groups.
