微型回油式喷嘴设计及雾化试验研究

摘要
本文根据某涡轮发动机需求,采用理论计算与经验相结合的设计方法开展了一种微型回油式喷嘴设计。在确定微型回油式喷嘴喷油孔孔径、回油孔孔径、旋流槽等关键几何部位尺寸的基础上,设计并加工了该喷嘴。为验证设计方法的适用性以及喷嘴性能,本文开展了基于PDA的喷嘴雾化性能试验。试验结果表明,喷嘴特征雾化粒径在15μm~65μm之间,雾化均匀程度良好。
This paper introduces the design-process of one kind of micro-swirl atomizer.Using the empirical formula method,selecting the empirical coefficient,we calculate parameters of the atomizer,and analyze theatomization effect based on the geometric parameters.The results show that the D_(32) and D_(10) of this atomizer are between 15 ~65 μm,and,the spray angle is good.The results provide references for the design of micro-swirl atomizer.
